ESC SOLUTION

  1. Detailed Design: ESC’s engineering team developed a detailed design ensuring structural integrity and compliance with project requirements.

  2. Fabrication Excellence: Utilizing advanced fabrication techniques, ESC produced 63 metric tons of steel components with precision and quality.

  3. Widening and Rehabilitation: The fabricated steel bridge girder and bracing played a pivotal role in the widening and rehabilitation efforts, contributing to the overall stability and durability of San Ramon Bridge 1.

Using ASTM A572 Gr 50 steel grade and fillet welded as per AWS D1.1, the girders span lengths of 12.2m to up to 15.8m along Ayala Labuan Road that paves the way to the Zamboanga Ecozone and Freeport.

The successful completion of this project demonstrates ESC Steel Structures’ capability to deliver innovative design solutions and high-quality fabrication, contributing to the infrastructure development of Zamboanga City.
